1 What is a Cash Advance or Payday loan?

It is a short term personal loan for a small amount until your next payday. The cost is usually less than the dishonour fee on a bounced cheque. Upon approval of the loan the funds are electronically deposited into your bank account.

We understand that from time to time people may have a few troubles and often defaults, but our policies are not as tight as banks and mortgage lenders and generally we approve most applications.

However, there are still cases when applications are declined. If you are now bankrupt, or have an extremely bad credit history, your application will be declined.

Repayment is due on your next pay day. For your convenience you can opt to either pay it back over 2 to 4 consecutive paydays or in one lump sum. Customers paid monthly are required to make full payment at their next pay date. This is simply done via a direct debit on your payday. You will receive a email one day prior, reminding your that the payment is to be debited on the due date. The agreed amount, as per your chosen repayment option will be automatically deducted from your account.

10 Can I request an extension to my loan?

It is our policy to have loans repaid in full as quickly as possible so you can get on with your life. We aim to only allow you a maximum credit limit you can afford, so you don't get into trouble.

If difficulties arise we can allow one extension per advance, which will cost $35, this will reduce your maximum credit limit on future advances. If your advance is not paid after this time it will be considered in default

Our fees are $12 per $100 per 7 days for repeat clients. There are no penalties for early payment. Interest is only paid for the number of days you have the loan. This means if you only have the loan for one day then you will only pay one days interest. Once your online application is received you will get an email containing a fee summary and everything you need to know. Your loan will be approved once you sign this and our staff do the necessary checks. You will not be penalised if you repay your loan early and will only be charged for the period of time which you have the loan. A $30 application fee applies. Please check the fee calculator.
