to avoid customers getting so deep into debt that they struggle to get out. But
NOT all lenders do. We have seen this more and more over the past few years with
people obtaining large loans during the boom times and now struggling to pay them

policies in place to avoid this type of thing happening.
There are no hidden costs; no early repayment fees; no surprises. Ask any of our

All first loan customers are restricted to the maximum they can borrow. This is
only adjusted once the customer has established a good payment history. We use a
trust rating system which allows all customer equal ability to improve their credit
rating with us. All personal and employment details are carefully checked to ensure
people are who they say. We want our relationship to be a happy and trusting one.
We understand that credit problems do occur from time to time and we are happy to
work with people to improve their credit rating. We credit check all new customers
as part of our initial application process. It is our preference to support any
changes to Government policy which will allow positive bureau reporting to give
people who have had a tough time an opportunity to improve their circumstances.
We only provide loans to people aged 18 years and over and must be in full time
employment, with a minimum income of $450 per week. Interestingly most of our customers
earn significantly more than this and have good jobs, they do not tend to match
the profile that many people imagine and are just regular people.
If we discover that any customers are using this service to support a negative habit
we are unable to provide future credit.
Applying for any form of credit isn't a decision to be taken lightly. Please remember

you'll need to keep a serious promise. We want our relationship to be a happy and
